Abstract

Abstract: The Influence Of Transactional Leadership Style And Organizational Culture Of Employee Performance Through Disciplined Work as an Intervening Variable. (Studies in Departement Lab. Examiners PT Pupuk Kaltim). The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of work discipline the relationship between the style of transactional leadership with the employee performance and work discipline the influence of  the relationship between the style of transsactional leadership to work with the employee performance departement laboraturium examiners PT Pupuk Kaltim but Obtained as many as 74 sample of respondents .In accordance with the purpose of above and in research is formulated five hypothesis. The result of this research is that the transactional leadership and culture organization and significant positive effect on the employees performance, work disciplined and significant positive effect on the employees performance, work disciplined positively and significant mediate relations between the transactional leadership againts employees performance work; and work discipline positively and significant also mediate the relationship between cultural organization against the employee performance.

Abstrak: Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi di Departemen Laboraturium Penguji PT Pupuk Kaltim). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menginvestigasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dengan kinerja pegawai Departement Laboraturium Penguji PT Pupuk Kaltim. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 74 responden. Sesuai dengan tujuan di atas maka dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan lima hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; disiplin kerja secara positif dan signifikan memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional  terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan disiplin kerja secara positif dan signifikan juga memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
