Program Pengembangan Objek Wisata Tembok Berlin Dalam Mewujudkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui Sustainable Development (Studi pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Sorong)

Abstract

Abstract : Development Program Tembok Berlin to Realize Sustainable Development (Studies in Sorong City tourism official). Attraction development programs of the Berlin Wall is one of the government's program is based on the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA), Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD), and the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan (RIPPDA) which aims to realize welfare society focusing on sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the program and the results of tourism development through the sustainable development of the Tembok Berlin as well as the barriers and supporting what effect on the development program. The results of this research is the Berlin Wall is one area that is being developed in the development of tourism in the city of Sorong. In the process of achieving the tourism development program of the Berlin Wall, the government focused on sustainable development, which includes the aspects of economic, social and environmental aspects. But in the process of implementation, there is a support factor and constraints. Therefore penenliti using the theory of sustainable development approach to support the tourism development program of the Tembok Berlin.

Abstrak : Program Pengembangan Objek Wisata Tembok Berlin dalam Mewujudkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui Sustainable Development (Studi pada Dinas Pariwisata Kota Sorong). Progam pengembangan objek wisata tembok Berlin adalah salah satu program pemerintah berdasarkan Rencana Strategis (RENSTRA), Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD), dan Rencana Induk Pengembangan Pariwisata Daerah (RIPPDA) yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyartakat yang berfokus pada sustainable development. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan program dan hasil-hasil pengembangan objek wisata Tembok Berlin melalui pembangunan berkelanjutan serta hambatan dan pendukung apa saja yang berpengaruh pada program pengembangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Tembok Berlin merupakan salah satu kawasan yang sedang berkembang dalam pembangunan pariwisata di Kota Sorong. Dalam proses pencapaian program pengembangan objek wisata Tembok Berlin, pemerintah berfokus pada sustainable development yang didalamnya berisi tentang aspek ekonomi, aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan. Namun dalam proses pengimplementasian, terdapat factor dukungan dan kendala. Oleh sebab itu penenliti menggunakan pendekatan teori sustainable development untuk mendukung program pengembangan objek wisata Tembok Berlin.
