Implementasi Kebijakan Pemekaran Wilayah Kecamatan Di Kota Probolinggo

Abstract

Abstract :Policy Implementation in the Blossoming Area of Probolinggo City. This research was conducted in Probolinggo city, West Java Province the autonomous region is one that is implementing the policy of regional expansion. The purpose of this research is to know how the implementation of policies of the blossoming in Probolinggo city is underway, so in the implementation of this research useful to sharpen the discourse and knowledge. The methods use in this research was the qualitative method. The methods used in this study, in order to get good data obtained orally, interview, as well as the data is written in the from of required. It is intended to collect data ini depeth about policy implementation in the blossoming area of Probolinggo. Based on the result of the study it was concluded that the blossoming aims to bring closer their service to the community in hopes of providing convenience in terms of implementation of the public service. Example of the impact that is directly to the community, the time is shorter and the existence of job opportunities for the community. An example for the government of the nutshell vulnerable control and decrease the cost of government administration. The policy is right and the blossoming of benefit to the wider community when there is a good make of parties concerned with the welfare of together.

Abstrak : Implementasi Kebijakan Pemekaran Wilayah Kecamatan di KotaProbolinggo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Probolinggo Provinsi Jawa Timur yang merupakan salah satu daerah otonom yang melaksanakan kebijakan pemekaran wilayah kecamatan.Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi kebijakan pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di Kota Probolinggo ini berlangsung, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk mempertajam wacana dan ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif.Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengumpulkan data secara mendalam tentang implementasi kebijakan pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di Kota Probolinggo ini.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pemekaran wilayah ditujukan untuk mendekatkan pelayanan dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat dengan harapan dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam hal pelaksanaan pelayanan publik.Contoh dampak yang bersifat langsung bagi masyarakat yaitu; waktu lebih singkat dengan adanya kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat.Bagi pemerintah, semakin pendeknya rentan kendali dan turunnya biaya administrasi pemerintahan.Akhirnya kebijakan pemekaran wilayah kecamatan di Kota Probolinggo ini sangat tepat dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas apabila ada iktikad yang baik dari pihak yang berkepentingan.
